Liberty Fabrics

Palampore Trail is drawn from an antique Tree of Life artwork in the Liberty archive, reworked and simplified to enhance its striking floral motifs for modern interiors. Taking inspiration from tapestry wall hangings, rich mordant dyes and hand-painted motifs, the richly contemporary hues of this design were created in homage to the exquisite beauty of traditional plant and insect dyes.

The design is printed on Landsdowne Linen, a beautiful lightweight dual-purpose base – the weight provides a superior drape, which is also suitable for domestic upholstery. The fine weave of this pure 100% linen base allows a perfect interpretation of even the most intricate Liberty prints, expertly printed in Italy. Use it as a breath of fresh air for curtains, cushions and light upholstery.
